1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the jilinnn online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through jilinnn.org (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, guests, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform.

By completing the jilinnn registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any documents incorporated herein by reference, including jilinnn's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Eligibility

• You are not using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

jilinnn reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jilinnn may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jilinnn. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. jilinnn employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilinnn reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus funds.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilinnn login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jilinnn will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jilinnn is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. jilinnn may withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilinnn currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. jilinnn reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jilinnn wallet within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank. jilinnn does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which jilinnn bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. jilinnn aims to process approved withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. jilinnn reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance review. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the jilinnn cashier at the time of the request.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jilinnn is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All transactions on the Platform are subject to monitoring. jilinnn reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law. Winnings may only be withdrawn to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit on the account, subject to jilinnn's verification requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jilinnn are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jilinnn reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close the accounts of players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements; and any other conduct that jilinnn, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be an attempt to exploit the bonus system.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

jilinnn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. jilinnn's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jilinnn Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and jilinnn's server records, the server records shall be the definitive record of the outcome.

jilinnn uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all applicable games. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

jilinnn reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilinnn Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to jilinnn immediately;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilinnn Platform — including but not limited to the jilinnn brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of jilinnn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any jilinnn intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jilinnn content without the prior written consent of jilinnn. Unauthorized use of jilinnn's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilinnn, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jilinnn's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilinnn account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

jilinnn is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jilinnn players directly within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after a change request.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by jilinnn

jilinnn reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jilinnn has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) you have provided false registration information; (d) a chargeback has been initiated against a deposit; or (e) jilinnn is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may close your jilinnn account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

11.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your right to access and use the Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13 — shall continue to apply after account closure.

12 Privacy

jilinnn collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilinnn's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jilinnn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilinnn will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2.
